Lets lose weight together

Do you want to get rid of some kilograms? Perhaps you can"t motivate yourself to get up at six in the morning and go jogging or swimming. Well, you no longer have to. It"s a lot better when you know there is somebody like you who is trying hard to lose weight. We"re creating a group of people who would like to try Nordic walking. Nordic walking helps you increase your endurance, teaches you how to breathe properly, improves you stability and balance and brings immediate relief for people suffering from back pain! People who have problems with their hips and knees can also feel much better when they try out certain Nordic walking techniques. But what is even more important, it has been scientifically proven that Nordic walking helps burn much more calories than walking without sticks. If you want to join our group, put on a pair of trainers and some comfortable clothes and wait in front of the swimming pool (town centre) at 8 p.m. on Friday. We can later arrange to meet at different times during the week. We are not qualified instructors and these are free classes. It doesn"t matter how old you are, if you want to lose weight and meet some interesting people at the same time, don"t hesitate. Just come to the meeting.
